I Madhukar S Kamath hereby state the following
- I am not the director, shareholder or chairman emeritus of Abaran Timeless Jewellery Pvt ltd.
- I do not endorse or support any of the business decisions policies or activities of abaran timeless jewellery and its promoters.
- I have not ever extended any invitation for their store launches or other activities.
- I am the chairman and director of Abharan Jewellers Pvt Ltd and Abharan Motors Pvt ltd only.
- I have granted exclusive license to use Abharan And ‘The original abharan’ trademark to Abharan Jewellers Pvt Ltd run by my sons Subhas M Kamath and Mahesh M Kamath.
- The trademark certificates are displayed View Trademark Certificates (PDF)
- Radha M Kamath is my only lawfully wedded wife with whom I have resided at a common permanent address for many decades.
- I urge everyone to call for papers against any entities suspected to be illegitimately using THE ORIGINAL ABHARAN trademarks by calling for papers of trademark at such locations.
- My only showroom at Bangalore is at Jayanagar 5th block.
- I have initiated various proceedings before illegitimate entities operating as THE ORIGINAL ABHARAN.
- Certain unscrupulous individuals (not necessarily any of those mentioned in this notice) are misusing My advanced age to construe false stories regarding my apparent ill health or lack of well being even though I am making appearances and conversing with the general public at various occasions. These statements are made out of utter jealousy and helplessness while also being opportunistic.
